Mr. Bhim, Jain University is very good for BCA and their placements are good too. You can enroll your son there, but since he is from commerce stream, I think it's not possible to shift to computer science unless he has studied comp sci in his 10+2. Hope it answers your question.

@coomerjee: its very easy to get an edu loan as JSSATE is approved by AICTE. You just need to get a prospectus from the college and also the expenditure statement. You also need to furnish some economic details of yours to the concerned bank and you will easily get going!!
